A New Official Plan for Coleman Township is Coming!
Coleman Township is pleased to announce that we are in the process of updating our Official Plan to guide future growth and development in our community.
We are looking for resident feedback on how you want to see Coleman grow into the future. Public consultation will take place from October 2024 to March 2025 so please look for ads in the newspaper, social media posts or sign up to the project mailing list at the address below. This plan will represent the vision and views of residents, so please take some time to become involved if you can.
This updated Official Plan will:
- Review and update development policies based on trends, forecasts and public input.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of our current lands, facilities and infrastructure.
- Ensure provincial interests are represented.
- Create a user-friendly and accessible document
