Pay your property taxes
There are many ways you can pay your property taxes in Coleman Township, including:
- By Mail: Cheque may be post-dated for deposit on the due dates.
- In-person at Township Hall via cash, cheque or debit
- Through your online banking (Please include your 19 digit roll #)

Request a tax certificate
Tax certificates show any outstanding tax balances on a property. They are usually ordered before the sale or purchase of a property.
The tax certificate fee is $40.00 per roll number. To request a tax certificate, please submit a written request by emailed to [email protected] or by fax to 705-6679-8300.
You can submit cash (in-person at Town Hall) or a cheque, payable to the Corporation of the Township of Coleman. Please ensure that your submission arrives to us at least three days before the required deadline. This gives us enough time to prepare your tax certificate. Once we have processed your request, we will send your tax certificate to you by fax, email.
